2021-22 was another record year for UNC Charlotte, with the University defying national trends by welcoming its largest freshman class in fall 2021 and record overall enrollment of nearly 30,500. Charlotte also set another record for the year, awarding more than 8,500 degrees and certificates.
Corporate and community partners also showed their commitment with investments that will expand educational opportunities for Charlotte students.
The University also making it even more convenient for working professionals to receive flexible and online learning opportunities by creating the School of Professional Studies, and expanding to offer six new degree or certificate programs this fall.
