Anna Parks joined the Chancellor’s Office in December 2016. As executive assistant to the chancellor, Parks provides comprehensive support to the chancellor by managing her calendar, coordinating events, providing research and analysis to the chancellor and chief of staff, drafting and editing correspondence, and acting as a primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, she serves as backup to the Liaison to the Board of Trustees and Chancellor’s Cabinet.
Prior to supporting the chancellor, Parks held a similar role in the office as executive assistant to the chief of staff.
Anna worked in the Office of Legal Affairs prior to joining the Chancellor’s office. She earned a graduate certificate in project management from East Carolina University’s College of Business and a bachelor of science in communication studies from Appalachian State University. She also holds a North Carolina Paralegal certification.
