Geoffrey D. Gray is the chief customer relationship officer at Dexian, a leading provider of staffing, IT and workforce solutions. He was one of the founding members of Signature Consultants and joined Dexian during the acquisition of Signature in 2021. Gray adds more than 30 years of IT staffing and business experience to the Dexian executive leadership team. Known for his client-first mindset, he has aided Dexian’s growth by fostering long-lasting relationships and creating innovative staffing solutions. As chief customer relationship officer, Gray is responsible for helping Dexian deliver the best customer experience in the industry, while also introducing and positioning the company’s new platform of services to its global client base.
Based in Charlotte for more than 38 years, Gray is an advocate and champion for the city and the Charlotte Region. Gray is an active volunteer and member of many great organizations and boards in the Charlotte region, including The Good Fellows, the UNC Charlotte Foundation, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, and the Charlotte City Committee.
Gray is married to his wife of 29 years, Ashley, and has three children, Elizabeth, Abigail and Walker. He also has a passion for golf and is part of the team at Quail Hollow that helped contribute to the success of The Wells Fargo Championship, 2017 PGA Championship, and the 2022 Presidents Cup.
Gray was appointed to the UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees in 2023 to a four-year term by the UNC Board of Governors.
